this is happening because you have changed the device you are connected to the STB, it needs to register the computer again with ntl.
You would have been given the username and password on your first registration, but if you don't have these details then you need to speak to ntl.
try calling t/s on 0845 650 0125... no calls waiting at the moment because of the football
as soon as you have the details fill them in and it will then register the computer with ntl
