I have just recieved a disc in the post and i have set it up but i cannot seem to create an account. I have a broadband moden installed and when i try to enter the reg number and password (located on the back of the disc) I get an error.

Now surely i must be able to create a new account without that error message appearing. btw im using an existing broadband connection which ends on the 7th of July
