In my contract ntl where also supposed to provide me with digital tv a phone line and a broadband service that worked as may be seen for previous posts this never happened my contract ended with me taking ntl to court for breach of contract which resulted in ntl giving me a full refund from oct 2001
As can be seen if you leave the customer to return the stb without following it up will a call to collect or sending me an invoice for non return of equiment to force me to return it to them they will never get it and the crooks of this world will chip the box for un lawful sale
