You make a very good point. Unfortunately it's *my* point!!
Why should someone have to put up with anti-social behavior from somone else which impinges on their enjoyment?
Answer: They shouldn't of course!
If someone's behaving in a way that is unacceptable, *THEY* should be required to leave. So if someone's stinking up the atmosphere and making others engage in passive smoking, *WHY* should non-smokers be forced to put up with it or be told "if you don't like it, go somewhere else"?

If you're going to try to make an argument, back it up with facts, not made up figures and try to realise that nobody's talking about "banning tobacco" just preventing others from having to breath smoker's pollution.
