some companys do care that you are leaveing them, like orange i rang up to cancel my contract(i wasa only on the 30mins £15pm one) and the lady on the phone said if i stay i can have 120mins and 30texts a month for £15 and a new phone. i think it all depends on who answers the phone tbh.
i'll be ringing ntl up to see if they can do me a deal for the tv package as i'm with them for the phone and BB but want to go to sky for the tv so i want to see if they will offer me anything to temp me to take the tv out with them aswell
