The speed test results are as follows:

1st 128K took 7297 ms = 17962 Bytes/sec = approx 149 kbits/sec
2nd 128K took 7281 ms = 18002 Bytes/sec = approx 150 kbits/sec
3rd 128K took 8922 ms = 14691 Bytes/sec = approx 122 kbits/sec
4th 128K took 7906 ms = 16579 Bytes/sec = approx 138 kbits/sec

Try this:
Turn off the modem
Then Reboot the ROUTER
Turn the modem the back on
Reboot your comp
And see what that does
