Hi,

The registeration page for STB's is 172.16.30.84/83 ( start.ntl ), though can only be accessed without having a proxy specified & the STB assigning out a 10.xxx.xxx.xxx.

When you check the router setup page, though if i remember correctly in OSX on the network page it will show the router ip, does it show what ip address is being assigned to the router, if it does it should start 10.xxx........ then you can get to the provisioning page.

the Best thing to do is :

power down everything then turn on in this order

STB > Router > MAC, this should allow you to get to the above provisioning page.......

Failling that do as above post suggests clone the MAC address off the NIC onto the router, then do the full power cycle as above
