I had the same thing on my pc. I have a NAT router in place, and changed broadband tier. I simply could not re-register behind the router, I tried everything, DMZ, NAT and firewall disabling. I had to make a temporary direct connection straight into the STB to do it.

Bit annoying but not the end of the world...
