I dont mind either way, but, the upgrades have got to start sometime, and it would be handy if NTL set a TARGET date for them to be completed by(save disasters like the MD's tea being made incorrectly), least then we know the latest possible date for the upgrades to take place, come on ntl, customer releations isnt always your strongest point, but still, please just tell us when? :P

I am sure that ntl do have targets for doing it, BUT won't tell customers... because if they do not meet the target how much ranting and raving will there be?! just wait and see and then it will be a nice surprise when it happens
