it doesn't say what will happen if the 'requirement' continues to fall below the target.
The package provided - 2 Gig of space, 60 Gig of bandwidth, 1000 MySql databases, etc, is disproportionate for a 'free' hosting service & I am guessing they expect income from the advertising to offset that.
I don't think anything will ever curb WNA's boundless enthusiasm, but I hope he hasn't set his hopes too high, with this.
