HHHEEEEELLLLLP!
I use Outlook to download my emails fro NTL and my old Globalnet account. It takes so long that outlook gives up the goat and so I Use web mail to delete the 300 odd spam from the las three days and i deleted one by mistake and i'm trying to use webmail to undelete but it is taking so long xmas will be here first.

secondly when I ran outlook I get a nice little message from Globalnet saying that they have intercepted a e-mail fro XXX and it had a virus and we have deleted it. why don't NTL do this I pay about 60 pound a month and I'm getting a totally crap service.
