I would also like to thank Bill for working to sort my problem out. I know he has a tough time sometimes getting things sorted when he needs to go through NTL managers for the area. But with Bill working as a go between the customer does have a chance to get the internet working at its best.
Keep up the good work Bill I vote you should suggest what the MDs next bonus gets spent on as the MD hasn't earnt it this time..
