I have also refitted into the metro and it is working in there. I think paying halfords £35 to sort it is becoming a distinct possibility!
If some previous owner has hacked out the ISO blocks then it will cost more than £35 at Halfords.

Connect the Red and Yellow from the Sony to the Red in the Car.
