Exactly, and even AOL UK are doing 1Mbps for ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£29.99.

Not that's I'd touch AOL with a bargepole, but the point is clear and NTL seem to have lost the plot.
