Thanks all.

I'm fairly handy with a screwdriver when it comes to fitting ICE so I don't need to worry about the whole operation that much - The head unit just slids in to the current space and I know which wires are for the speakers, earth etc so all I'd do is buy the correct wiring harness and use block connections to join them up - kudos to Punky for the links
