Thats weird then. I've always been able to get to the 192.168.100.1 control panel for the modem, but on all attempts (and using as many options I could try), Docsdiag always brought back "Cable modem not found"
I've been trying for months, so like you said Robin, it must be fixed by a firmware upgrade or similar
