I wonder - would Tranding Standards have anything to say ?.
NTL have changed the terms & conditions of their product - AFAIK - they are perfectly entitled to do this. So, by continuing to use it don't you imply that you agree to the new conditions - and the fact that it was once "unlimited" is not relevant anymore.
Credit card companies seem to do this all the time with their services - as do many other companies.
Perhaps some legal eagles out there could clarify this ....
