I can see what you are saying but there is no way any ntl email acc are down for 9 months or even intermittent for 9 months there has to be a problem elsewhere to do with Chrysalis' setup or his connection to ntl causing that kind of a problem or perhaps he is being a little melodramatic
edit: by intermittent i am referring to your definition of every day or two
