So how can I implement spam protection that will work when I'm not around to run it myself? I can't, so my quotas are exceeded.
To block emails containing the commonest viruses is something that would be so trivial to impk,ement that even NTL would be hard pushed to get it wrong. Actually I probably shouldn't say that or they'll take it as a challenge
