if ctrl+ f5 doesn't work, type in the address with a ?1 at the end,
for example
http://www.cableforum.co.uk/?1 would force the proxy to update.
If you do this however, you will have to use a sequence, ie the first time would be ?1 then ?2 then ?3 etc....
