Re: NTL has almost left the building!

I've been a customer of NTL for the last 10+ years

From analogue to digitial, from BT line to NTL, from Dialup to BB

I have had relatively few problems with the service over those years. The main problems have been setting it up in the various places I have been.

I've experienced both the Langley and Bromley platforms.

I've said on numerous occasions that I LIKE NTL, and have enjoyed the features offered. I have staunchly defended NTL on MANY occasions and will continue to do so.

Everyones point of view is personal, and I freely admit that they have their problems. This site was set up to help and assist .... and it does. Neil still helps out, and advises etc.

This thread was created to sing the praises of 1 person having ADSL. How and why Neil has been berated for expressing his OPINIONS, I don't know.

There are many who disagree with Neil for his opinion of NTL, me included sometimes, but does that mean I'm going to leave the site because of it ... NO

I want to see NTL improve on what they already have and encourage those that have left, for whatever reason, to come back.

Things will change, but is leaving really the answer. It's not Neil that needs the NTL tech help anymore, it's the other NTL customers.
