Let me spell this out for you - I AM QUITE HAPPY WITH NTL. I have always got good service from them, and when I have had the odd issue I have never had a problem getting through to CS (or TS) and my problem has always been resolved in a timely manner.
The team (& site) is a mixture of good and bad experiences (and not just of ntl) - stop seeing what you want to see and open your eyes to the WHOLE picture.
