To put it bluntly - what total crap. What clique ? Who are its members, what are it's rules. I'm getting sick of people picking out certain members of the team because they don't like ntl and then saying we are all the same.
Let me spell this out for you - I AM QUITE HAPPY WITH NTL. I have always got good service from them, and when I have had the odd issue I have never had a problem getting through to CS (or TS) and my problem has always been resolved in a timely manner.
The team (& site) is a mixture of good and bad experiences (and not just of ntl) - stop seeing what you want to see and open your eyes to the WHOLE picture.
