I was speaking to a lady last week whose son had been sent to Basra with the Lancashire regiment, we were both sobbing on the phone. She only has email contact with him, he's allowed 20 mins per week on the internet, no mobiles. Her broadband had gone off and she was absolutely desperate to get back online to see if she'd had any mail.
