It was a bit strange in the end, we checked the router settings and it didn't have her pipex username and password in, re-entered that and away she went. I know bb31 doesn't know how to access it and I don't think the teenager from hell does. It has been running fine since we set it up a couple of weeks ago
At least it's working now and my ear can recover
