OB you should have realised that posting about this on a MALE DOMINATED forum like this would get such responses.

Frankly just leave 'em in ignorance.You and I know how the land lies when it comes to car insurance anyway.It's why the family car is in MY name(he drives my car on sufferance)and thus the insurance is in my name.Cheaper that way.

However when it comes to back seat driving why is it I'm always invited to do the driving in town but on the motorway I get no look in?
