How can a mod or an admin on a site like this possibly be expected to be neutral? Neil helped set the thing up and helps to pay for it. He does so because he has understandably strong feelings on the subject of NTL. To expect him not to voice those opinions is unreasonable. It's fair to expect neutrality in that the mods and admins should give equal space for both pro- and anti-ntl comments, but that's quite different from not expressing an opinion of their own. I don't see any evidence that they are failing to allow fair discussion of both positive and negative opinions of ntl.
