Erm, I don't know when you were 22, but when I visited the local hospital's GU medicine clinic with a friend (she was getting the "deepo" contraceptive shot, before you ask, you smutty beggars!
) it was a very un-intimidating place and I'm sure that they treat all their patients with respect and dignity.
