This proves people do care at NTL whatever any of you lot say. I gave Bill C (off this site) a call this morning and he came out this afternoon and has sorted out all the signal problems we had been having.
I had thought that the signal had been fixed yesterday when the crew came out and fitted us with an RG11 cable and RG6 cable but in-fact the signal was still very low/practically none existent. So first off he sorted out the signal problems which hopefully in turn will hopefully end the problems with the STB I had been having. If not he has offered to come and sort it out for me.
You can not get better customer service than this. I never got any treatment from staff at BT like this and I know people high up there.
