Hi all - i was wondering if anyone knows of the best way of getting BT to test a line for ADSL - u see i previuously had adsl working fine for 3 weeks then BT decided to cut me off because of the range i am from the exchange - i failed an extended reach test as well but the dsl did work fine.
now adsl has been extended to 6km i was hoping to get a retest but for the life of me cant find a number to dial to get one and ringing bt general number just sent me round in circles
if anyone could help it would be great
