Looking at pipexsupport there are a great many people who say how good it is in responce to the problems that some have had & the support have actually contributed to the website.
Customer support may not be the best in the world, Zen & Nildram may be better but they do not look that bad.

That was me yes, they cancelled my membership as soon as I mentioned I'd moved on to Nildram
And thinking about it, looking at the last post, they're all Pipex apologists. Good job they don't do that here with ex-NTL customers eh?
