The A80 though was perfect for day time/low light scenery shots which is mainly what I used it for, not sure I can stretch to (or get away with) buying an E300 yet. |
Yes body only means it has no lens. They sell it like this as it accepts the EF lenses which if you have a Canon SLR like i do, the lenses fit the D300 body.
However as the focal length is multiplied by 1.6 the 18mm to whatever it is lens that comes with it is very useful as this makes a 30mm to whatever lens
