I think so. To be honest most major european country teams are better than England. OK so there was the incredible 5-1 victory in Germany a few years ago but that was certainly a one-off. Holland, Spain, France, Italy, Germany etc, all may have had the occasional dip in form recently but have regularly enjoyed spanking England over the years.
