I use Corel Photo-Paint and a lot of jiggling by hand. It's very time consuming and not very professional. You can see some of the results on my website.

PC Pro have recently reviewed Stitcher 4 by Realviz, it looks very good but is pricey - ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£250 + vat!
