And today we have a nice letter from NTL saying that "You've told us that you want to leave us, can we now give you a few things to consider before your service is swtiched off on 26/05/04".

This to me is a written acknowledgment of my letter/phone call & proof that they are aware of what/when my contract is to be terminated.

Thats a letter I shall keep for a while.

Although the points to consider are laughable...
