OkIDOKI..

I have rung & cancelled it.

I have written and cancelled it

I sent the letter by recorded delivery

I specified the date to finish, that there should be no cutoff till then, that I wanted an acknowledgment of the letter & that I was unhappy with thier treatment of a long term customer etc.

I gave them 1 months notice.

I have BT & sky being installed in place & am looking for an ADSL supplier.

Job done....
