nope, unfortunately not.
Unless you find an open relay smtp server, then you are stuck with the ntl ones. Most servers only allow clients to send through them if they are in their own ip ranges.
EDIT: btw was it that exact error message or have you rephrased it?! Normally i would expect something like relay not allowed.
