I cancelled mine recently, I had one letter saying that I owed them £25, but as it was my last month and I had ADSL installed, I felt they could wait for that cash.

The irony being they sent me a letter saying that I could be charged £20 for reconnection when I made payment of that bill is funny, as I dont want their service back \0/
