He was being sarcastic about NTl listening to him, not you lot.

Zoombini was greateful for all your replies, they helped him write his letter & it is being sent by recorded delivery tommorrow.

What he meant was that NTL would not listen to his complaint.
NTL are now doomed to be history for us both.
