Incidentally the guy in Swansea said that they no longer support Outlook, only Outlook Express. He has since sent me some links to MS help sites but They aren't helping me through this because everything seems to check out.

Some of my email accounts have been like that yet work on webmail! Though not for 5wks.
Its down to NTL as always, one day they may get this sorted but it has been ongoing for such a long time now.
The only thing I can think of is to set another account up and fwd your messages.
