It is a function of CR3. The info is available in the engineering screens but I wouldn't advise going into them. You can accidently change things which will disable your box, and require a tech visit which you will be charged for. Please don't.

If cooling the box worked then it is probably running too hot. The box needs adequate airflow all round to cool.
