I wonder if the senior managers at ntl remember this load of bulldung.
The idea is there but the implementation of said updates seems to have been thrown out of the window.
The bit that got me was when it states that 15 seconds is too long to wait
well what would they think of the usual 3 - 4 mins and then a reboot when it all goes tits up. (good job I never use interactive)
Somebody forward this on to Azad and co. quick.
