SO strictly it's not legal as it's not a brand new computer (Me, I'm a person who thinks if an organisation only finds 1 person out of a 1,000,000, it will be me they find).

I've got an Athlon 800 & 128ram.

Microsoft say that 128 is okay. Don't know how to upgrade & cannot afford to either.
