Errr hang on a moment - i use a program to send my CV to a list of Agentcys every now and then - this rattles off 1500-2000 (roughly) - so your saying now im actually breaking the law or what? Not sure how long it takes as each mail have my cv attached but what i am / was doing is not spamming from my point of view - its updating my CV like.

I could put my CV online and mail them were to get it - but again will send out too many and break them rules as you quoted - so am i supposed to do one at a time???
