I called the number, had to call about 5 more before I got the right place. Even then they said: "Leave it with us", and soime 10 months now, it hasn't been sorted. I drove past the other day and there is a cable hanging loose again.

So does anyone know a number that they know is the right department? Or is there anyone on the inside that can make sure it gets done? I'd be much obliged if anyone can help.
Should just be a matter of calling it through on 0800 052 2000.

Seeing as you're a Londoner though, I can take care of it. If you PM me with as many of the following details as possible, I'll get it chased up tomorrow:

Street and number of nearest house OR name of any adjoining streets if it's at a junction
A partial postcode
Any letters/numbers on the outside of the cabinet
The approximate size of the cabinet (probably either 3' or 5')

Cheers,
