Finally got through to someone at Pipex yesterday, after an hour of titting about I was told "there is a fault, we don't know what it is, we don't know when it'll be fixed" ... Thank christ I'm leaving them, I'm pleased to say my activation date for the migration to Nildram is in 9 days time
