Loyal NTL customers (like me) can get one month free.

I expect the offer is national as it is in the Radio Times. Basically if you have had the service for 12 months or more, you can canel your contract and start a new one and thus you can get ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£17.99 discount.

This makes the price much nearer to that of Tiscali, and thus makes the price more competitive and fairer.

They may even just give you the discount and not stop your contract.
