I agree to some extent but as a customer, how professionally and reasonably are you handling the London broadband issues ?. Not very at all - why don't
you since you've got the biggest mouth but I've never seen you achieve anything just heard hot air about how you're moving to BT but never do, be the one to contact the mods on this site
