have you had cr3? cr2 should always crash with the red button.

as for the above 1030 means no return path, try switching the stb off at the mains for 5 minutes, when you switch it back on go through a few channels then go back to channel 101, press the help button on the remote and see if the connection status has gone to 5 connected address allocated, if it hasnt ring your local Faults department and go through the relevant checks, they will book a technician to check the levels and possibly swap out the stb

**edit whoever said about page up page down blue that wont work on CR2 the original post is definately on a STB running CR2 or the error 1030 would manifest itself as an MO44 error.
