Yes I get anoyed with people like this.
Some people seem to be stuck in a bubble where they will only talk about one thing, eg. whenever you meet them it will always be the same conversation, it will never change.

There are two things I find wrong with this.

1) You should talk about several things, vary the topics, and by talking about other things you discover new things which widens your world.

2) Talking about the same thing constantly shows no respect for others. I think you need to listen to what everyone has to say, not just your same story all the time. Part of communication is listening to other people and if people cant do that and only repeat their own stories, then things dont work.
